SnapSSH is designed with a "Local-First" architecture. All your sensitive information, including but not limited to:

SSH Connection Details (Hostnames, Ports, Usernames)
SSH Private Keys and Passwords
Custom Snippets and AI Templates
Session History and Logs

Is stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate a central server that collects, stores, or transmits your connection credentials or private keys.

2. Encryption and Security

For your security, SnapSSH utilizes platform-standard secure storage mechanisms (such as Keychain on iOS/macOS, Keystore on Android, and encrypted storage on Windows) to protect your sensitive credentials. Your data remains under your physical control at all times.

3. Direct Server Connections

SnapSSH establishes a direct SSH/SFTP connection between your device and your remote server. Your data traffic does not pass through any proxy or intermediary servers operated by Mocoplex, Inc. or any third party during a session.

4. AI Integration

SnapSSH provides integration with terminal-based AI agents (e.g., Claude Code). When you use these features:

Only the prompts you explicitly initiate are processed.
Data handling is governed by the respective AI provider's privacy policy.
SnapSSH does not store your AI conversations on any of our own servers.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We do not include third-party advertising or telemetry trackers that collect identifiable user behavior data.
